-Her Story

Tara is a fourth-generation Canadian of Scottish, Irish and Slavic descent, and has always appreciated the intersections of nature, healthcare, systems-change, and culture. 

Tara studied Arts Management at the University of Toronto which prompted an 10-year career in policy-advocacy for nonprofits, charities and arts organizations. During this time, she also pursued and practiced her studies in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki, Shamanic Journeying, Mindfulness, Tui Na (Acupressure) and Yin Yoga, leading to a deep vocational understanding of how energy moves, and is restored, in the body.

Tara is a Reiki and Tui Na practitioner at Osteo Naturel and offers in-person and virtual sessions.

She is also a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Level I&II teacher, supporting others to learn energy healing for themselves and others.

As a client practitioner, her technique utilizes Reiki, Acupressure points, mindfulness coaching, and knowledge of energetic and anatomical systems to unlock dense energy and promote the flow of life-force
energy.

She believes that everyone deserves to experience more peace and relaxation in daily life. She

supports people who seek more balance in their work, hobbies and family life, or are going
through life’s transitions and transformations.

Outside of the practice room, Tara is still creating art, pursuing learning music, playing tennis,
going on hikes, and spending her time with the people she loves. You can always catch her with
a book on psychology, spirituality or creativity.

Initial Distance Reiki & Energy Balancing
60 minutes | $130 + HST
A personalized virtual session designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, emotional well-being, and overall vitality. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may include intuitive guidance and energy healing techniques.

Follow-Up Distance Reiki & Energy Balancing
40 minutes | $110 + HST
A focused follow-up session to support continued integration, energy alignment, and ongoing healing goals.

Distance Kundalini Activation Program
3 Sessions | 360 minutes total | $600 + HST
A transformational series designed to help release energetic blocks, reconnect with your life force energy, increase self-awareness, and support personal growth. Sessions are booked as a three-session package to allow for a deeper and more progressive experience.
