Senior, Experienced & Deeply Connected

- Her Story

Véronique Vallée is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and the founder of Osteo Naturel, our multidisciplinary wellness clinic rooted in gentle, whole-person care.

Originally from New Brunswick, Véronique has always felt drawn to natural health and to helping people feel better — both inside and out. After high school, she joined Katimavik, a national volunteer initiative that allowed her to travel across Canada and work with diverse communities. That formative year planted the seeds of compassion, curiosity, and service that continue to shape her clinical work today.

She later started a Bachelor of Arts at Université de Moncton and spent over a decade in retail management, thriving in leadership roles and team development. While she loved helping people express themselves, she felt called toward a deeper sense of purpose.

After relocating to Ontario, Véronique began experiencing persistent headaches that were not resolved through conventional care. An introduction to Osteopathy proved life-changing. She discovered a form of care that aligned fully with her values — one that supports the body’s innate capacity for healing through skilled, attentive hands. She enrolled at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, completing four years of intensive training while commuting between Ottawa and Hamilton and operating a home-based clinic.

Véronique has now been in practice for over 10 years, during which she has provided more than 15,000 osteopathic treatments to over 1,200 different individuals. Her experience spans all stages of life — from newborns to adults — and includes both acute concerns and long-standing patterns of tension, stress, and nervous system dysregulation.

She is a graduate of the Master in Osteopathic Manual Sciences program and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. Deeply committed to lifelong learning, Véronique has completed over 1,000 hours of additional continuing education and extracurricular training, studying with osteopathic and health practitioners from around the world.

For the past two years, she has been an active member of an osteopathic collective that meets biweekly for case discussions and monthly for workshops led by osteopathic and allied health experts. She has also been part of the Best for Baby University collective since its inception in 2020, remaining closely connected to evolving research and interdisciplinary collaboration in perinatal and infant care.

Her additional training includes a six-month German New Medicine program with Andy Locke Mears, as well as coursework and certifications in craniosacral therapy, pediatric osteopathy, Reiki (Levels 1 and 2), acupressure, and tuning fork therapy. She has attended osteopathic courses and workshops internationally and has been invited to participate in a pediatric chiropractic course to further deepen her understanding of infant and child care.

Véronique has developed advanced clinical experience in pediatrics, with specialized training in newborns, infants, and children, alongside a strong focus on pregnancy, postpartum care and woman's health. Her approach is known for being gentle yet effective, intuitive, and highly attuned, while remaining firmly grounded in osteopathic principles, anatomy, and clinical reasoning.

Beyond clinical practice, Véronique has mentored many new Osteopathic Practitioners, she hosted a wellness retreat, regularly participates in professional networking events, and maintains strong connections within the local and broader wellness community. As both a practitioner and clinic owner, she values care that is thoughtful, unrushed, and relational — believing that meaningful healing occurs when the body feels safe, supported, and understood.

Outside the treatment room, Véronique is the proud mama of Jackson, whose curiosity and energy continually remind her of the importance of presence and connection. She finds grounding and inspiration in nature, gardening, dancing, fitness, astrology, cooking, reading, creating, and traveling, and remains deeply curious about the interconnected nature of the body, the nervous system, and lived experience.
