My Story
Monika Petridis was born in Poland and raised in the GTA, where her early intuitive and empathetic nature naturally drew her to supporting others with care and compassion. Alongside her healing practice, she has built a professional career in event management, where she excels at creating welcoming, well-organized, and meaningful experiences. This background enriches her Reiki work—helping her hold space with intention, curate calming environments, and guide clients through restorative sessions that feel both grounded and thoughtfully designed.

She holds several degrees and certificates, including a Master’s degree in Human Communication and a Level 2 Reiki certification. Following the pandemic, Monika opened a private home studio to provide clients with a safe space to breathe, recharge, and find moments of stillness. She is now thrilled to be joining the Osteo Naturel team and expanding her offerings to the Westboro community.

Her Reiki and meditation sessions are restorative experiences that help reduce stress, balance energy, and support overall well-being. Monika works with clients of all ages; including children, teens, adults, and couples-creating safe, supportive sessions that are tailored with presence and warmth. Whether guiding adults through an emotional cord-cutting ceremony or helping kids discover tools for self-regulation, she brings creativity, organization, and compassion into every session.

Each treatment may incorporate breathwork, sound healing, tuning forks, light touch, or essential oils, offering a deeply nurturing space where clients can reconnect with themselves.

Outside the clinic, Monika finds joy in her kitchen experimenting with nourishing recipes, keeping active with the latest fitness trends, and practicing presence with her two daughters and husband.

Guided meditation and deep relaxation with chakra-balancing Reiki and gentle massage. May include breathwork, visualization, aromatherapy, tuning forks, sound bowls, cards, or journaling. -

A shorter version of the above. -
Chakra Tune Up Reiki (30 min) – $95
An energetic cleanse for those on the go (for returning clients only). -

A spiritual ritual for releasing unhealthy energetic ties and reclaiming your energy. -
Reiki for Kids (30 min) – $95
A playful, active session with Reiki, mindfulness, breathwork, and child-led intuitive activities. -
Reiki for Teens (45 min) – $120
As above, with added journaling prompts and guided meditation.
