Vincent Nolet is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner at Osteo Naturel, offering calm, attentive, and intuitive care in both French and English.
Born and raised in the Gatineau region, Vincent brings a grounded presence and thoughtful approach to every treatment. He is a graduate of the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal and is a registered member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners (OAO), allowing many patients to access insurance coverage for osteopathic care.
Vincent has been a Massage Therapist in Quebec since 2017 and spent several years refining his therapeutic touch at Nordik Spa-Nature and KOENA Spa. These environments allowed him to work with a wide range of clients while developing a sensitive, precise, and adaptable hands-on approach. His background in massage therapy continues to inform his osteopathic practice, particularly his ability to listen through touch and respond to subtle tissue changes.
He has a particular interest and natural aptitude for cranial osteopathy, using gentle techniques to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and the body's inherent capacity for healing. Vincent values working with the body in a respectful, collaborati
ve way, allowing space for the system to settle and reorganize rather than forcing change.
Throughout his clinical experience, Vincent has worked with individuals across all stages of life—including babies, children, pregnant women, adults, and seniors. He deeply respects the trust his patients place in him and approaches each treatment with presence, compassion, and careful attention to each person's unique needs. His treatments aim to relieve musculoskeletal pain and tension, reduce headaches and digestive discomfort, improve mobility, and restore balance throughout the body.
Outside the clinic, Vincent is fueled by curiosity, community, movement, and coffee. An avid strength trainer and trail runner, he enjoys challenging himself outdoors and staying connected to nature. His passion project, Pas Mal Café, has grown from an idea into a thriving pop-up espresso experience, serving specialty coffee at markets, weddings, festivals, and community events throughout the region. Much like his approach to osteopathy, both his athletic pursuits and Pas Mal Café reflect his appreciation for presence, craftsmanship, and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive health history, movement assessment, and hands-on osteopathic treatment. Together, you'll identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop a personalized treatment plan designed to support your long-term health.
30 Minute Follow-Up – $85
Ideal for focused treatment, continued progress, and maintenance care.
45 Minute Follow-Up – $115
Recommended for more complex presentations, multiple areas of concern, or when additional treatment time allows for a more comprehensive approach.
Pediatric Follow-Up (3+) (25 Minutes) – $80
Available for students seeking focused osteopathic care.
