Building on a Decade of Hands-On Care

- Her Story

Alexandra is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Master of Osteopathic Manual Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She is certified through OSTCAN and is transitioning from a successful career as a Registered Massage Therapist to focus exclusively on osteopathic care beginning in September 2026.

With over 10 years of hands-on clinical experience, Alexandra brings a thoughtful, whole-body approach to every treatment. Her background in massage therapy, combined with advanced osteopathic training, allows her to identify the root cause of dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. She believes lasting results come from restoring the body's natural ability to move, adapt, and heal.

Alexandra enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal concerns, including neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, TMJ dysfunction, sports and repetitive strain injuries, pregnancy and postpartum discomfort, chronic pain, mobility restrictions, and stress-related tension.

Her additional training includes Active Release Technique® (ART), CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, cupping therapy, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation. She integrates these skills seamlessly into her osteopathic treatments to provide individualized, evidence-informed care.

Alexandra is bilingual and is happy to welcome patients in both English and French.

Outside the clinic, she's a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and a devoted dog mom. She understands the physical demands that come with every stage of life and strives to create a warm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and cared for.

Pediatric & Infant Care

Alexandra is currently expanding her pediatric osteopathy practice through ongoing mentorship with Véronique Vallée, M.MOSc, with a focus on babies and young children. Building on her previous experience working with infants as an RMT, Alexandra is developing her osteopathic approach to gentle, age-appropriate assessment and care.
