My Story
Kelsey was born and raised in Ottawa and has always been fascinated by the anatomy and mechanics of the human body. From a young age, she felt drawn to helping others and knew she wanted to pursue a career in manual therapy.

After high school, Kelsey completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Trent University and Ontario Tech, graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences with distinction. Through her studies, she developed a strong foundation in human anatomy, exercise physiology, and injury prevention and management.
Shortly after beginning her work in the field of Kinesiology, Kelsey realized she wanted to go deeper—to truly understand and address the root causes of the dysfunctions she was seeing in her clients. That curiosity led her to osteopathy, a form of manual therapy that sees the body as an interconnected unit where structure and function are intimately related. Inspired by this approach, Kelsey enrolled in the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario.

During her four years at the Academy, Kelsey immersed herself in classical osteopathy and applied anatomy. She gained a deep understanding of osteopathic principles and developed the ability to assess compensatory patterns within the body in order to uncover the root cause of discomfort or dysfunction. Her training allows her to apply gentle, whole-body treatment strategies tailored to each individual.

Kelsey treats patients of all ages—from newborns to the elderly—and is passionate about supporting people throughout all stages of life.

Outside of the clinic, Kelsey enjoys walking outdoors with her dog Mack, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.
